    Incoming mail is automatically classified, labelled and — where possible — answered with a draft based on templates the client manages themselves in Excel.

    The challenge

    Both chains received a large daily stream of e-mails that had to be read, sorted and answered by hand. A large share was standard correspondence written from scratch every time.
