The 10x Engineer: that one engineer who, with the right AI agents, delivers what a normal team takes weeks to do. ## What You'll Build A multi-agent system that reduces insurance claim processing from 45 minutes to 3. Intake, classification, routing — fully automated with CrewAI agents that integrate with the client's existing legacy systems. A RAG pipeline for a publisher that makes 200,000+ documents searchable — not with simple vector search, but with a hybrid retrieval architecture that understands context at the level advisors need. An n8n orchestration that automates the entire annual report preparation for an accountancy firm — from data extraction from source systems to draft reporting, including human-in-the-loop validation. An OpenClaw integration for a small SMB that wants to manage all social media channels from Telegram or Slack. In short: we're looking for people who are curious about the best agentic coding practices, want to learn about important security standards, MCP protocols, A2A flows, model evaluations, and other aspects of what we call the Agentic Enterprise. ## Our Core Values — and what they mean in practice ## Curiosity The most important one. You test more than anyone else, ask deeper questions, and come back with insights nobody expected. You may not have built everything yet, but you understand how it works — and you've tried it. Medior You independently guide complex client projects from architecture to deployment. You're the colleague who's always just researched that one thing that makes the difference. You combine technical depth with the ability to explain to non-techies why it matters. For both: you live in the Netherlands, speak Dutch at a professional level, are in Utrecht at least 1 day per week, and are available on short notice (full-time or part-time). ## What We Offer Salary €3,200–€5,500 gross per month (full-time), depending on role and experience.
