Microsoft 365 Copilot supports employees within Microsoft 365. Copilot Studio is a platform for building custom AI Agents, connecting knowledge sources and adding actions. We help choose based on your use case.
Can you help if we already use Copilot?+
Yes. We assess adoption, bottlenecks and skills gaps, improve configuration and offer targeted AI Upskilling. We can review and further integrate existing AI Agents.
Which data can Copilot use?+
This depends on the product, configuration and permissions. Microsoft 365 Copilot follows existing user access; for custom AI Agents we check source permissions and authentication separately. Overly broad existing permissions do not fix themselves.
Are all features and integrations available by default?+
No. Availability depends on licences, tenant settings, region and selected connectors, among other factors. We check prerequisites before proposing an application.
