Not every idea deserves an agent. Learn to choose where AI creates the most value in your organisation and build the backlog you will use after the programme.

    In practice: learning objectives

    • Run a quick scan per department on impact versus effort
    • Distinguish quick wins from big bets
    • Apply the agent test: recurring work, accessible data and systems through API, MCP or computer use, and an outcome you can assess
    • Assign an owner to each use case

    What you take away

A use-case backlog with impact, effort and ownership, plus one big bet.

    Thu 11 Feb 2027 (Cohort 01)Thu 13 May 2027 (Cohort 02) Utrecht

An agent without users is a hobby. Adoption is leadership, and governance belongs there from day one.

    In practice: learning objectives

    • Map colleagues in the “not all AI users are equal” quadrant, from sceptics to enthusiasts and from beginners to advanced users
    • Determine the next step for each quadrant
    • Give champions a mandate and a rhythm within your organisation
    • Set up governance with an agentic register, the agent passport and the EU AI Act

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be technical?

No. You build with skills, no-code and low-code tooling. What you need is curiosity and a challenge from your own organisation.

    Why mornings?

You are back at work by half past twelve, with something you can use that same afternoon.

    What do I take away?

Your own agent, skills and routines, an adoption plan, a governance starter, a business case, a 90-day plan and a certified level profile.

What if I miss a morning?

Every morning is recorded. You can also join the next cohort for that session.

How much time does it take between mornings?

Allow one to two hours a week to apply what you build to your own work.

    Can my employer pay?

Yes. You receive an invoice in the name of your organisation. A second participant from the same organisation gets 10% off.

    Can this run in-company?

Yes, with eight to ten champions inside your own stack. The AI Champions service page explains how it works.
